About The Core Ingredients...
Citrulline Malate
Citrulline Malate has been clinically researched to enhance strength, power and repeat high-intensity sprint performance in those supplementing with 4,000 to 10,000 milligrams prior to an exercise bout. Once consumed, Citrulline Malate bypasses is utilized to increase Arginine levels, leading to bigger pumps, but also enhances the production of energy known as ATP, which is responsible for increasing performance. Beta Alanine

It has been shown to effectively improve cognition in the presence of an acute stressor, typically high intensity exercise such as bodybuilding. In particular, L-Tyrosine can acutely increase the production of noradrenaline and dopamine contributing to an increase in attention and cognitive performance.
The most efficacious dose is from 500 to 2,000 milligrams per serve. So if your only wanting to take 1 scoop instead of 2, you will still get enough Tyrosine to gain these benefits.
L-Taurine
Most notably Taurine has been shown to contain properties that assist in the regulation of muscular contraction and force during strength and aerobic activity. Taurine acts to increase muscle force production and enhance fatigue resistance from severe high intensity exercise by increasing the efficiency of the heart (stroke volume) and maintaining cell volume (osmoregulation).
